Need to free up some floor space or make a mini-mancave under your bed - the loft bed is the bed of choice. You choose height and size depending on your room needs. Each bed has a 300 lb weight capacity on that top bed (this is the highest certified by the CSPC, so that's all we can tell you).
Things to note:
1. If you're looking to sit in a normal-height chair, 6' is really the best option
2. 5.5' is the most popular height for 8' ceilings and workable bed height for ages 8 and above
3. 4' tall is our "mini" loft and perfect for ages 3-6
