Need more airflow to your mattress? We offer a slatted base w/ 13 1x4 slats to give you good support but still allow your mattress to breathe. Note: the slatted base options raises the bedrail around 5" from the floor to keep you mattress at a good height.  In full-king sizes, we also add a middle support running parallel with your bedrails for added support across the bed width
